 When you visit our website, Studiohafnia.dk, information is collected about you, which is used to adapt and improve our content and to increase the value of the advertisements displayed on the page. The collected information is stored for 5 years in accordance with current legislation.

 The policy below on the processing of personal data ("Personal data policy") describes how Studio Hafnia collects and processes the information about you.

The personal data policy applies to the personal data that you give us in connection with your contact with Studio Hafnia as a business partner or customer. It can either be when you buy an item from Studio Hafnia, contact Studio Hafnia's customer service, or when you use Studio Hafnia's website, www.studiohafnia.dk .

Studio Hafnia's legal name is Mikropolis Ejendom ApS, and Mikropolis Ejendom ApS is the data controller for your personal data. All inquiries to Studio Hafnia can be made via info@studiohafnia.dk .

What personal data do we collect
Personal information is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens e.g. by ordinary access to content, if you make purchases via the website, if you sign up for our newsletter or participate in competitions or surveys.

When you use our website, we typically collect and process the following information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, your geographical location and which pages you click on.

To the extent that you give explicit consent to this yourself and enter information about it yourself, we also collect the following information: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with the purchase of goods or when signing up for our newsletter.

We also use Trustpilot.dk to gather purchase experiences. Information collected from Trustpilot.dk is not passed on to others.

Purpose
 The purpose of the collection of the information is to identify you as a user, to register your purchases and payments, to show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, and not least to be able to deliver the services you have requested, which e.g. to answer your customer inquiries or send a newsletter. Finally, we use the information to optimize our content and services.

Security
 We have taken a number of measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Period of storage
The personal information is registered with Studio Hafnia and stored for a maximum of 5 years, after which the information is deleted. Information that we have collected is automatically deleted completely. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your information will also be deleted automatically.

Disclosure of information
 We collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may therefore not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

Information submitted to www.studiohafnia.dk is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information

Insights and complaints
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. You can also object to the information being used at any time, just as you can revoke your consent to the processing of information about you.

If you believe that the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Inquiries about this can be made to: info@studiohafnia.dk . If you want to complain about our processing of personal data, you also have the option of contacting the Danish Data Protection Authority.
