Jou Quilts is a Danish brand founded in 2019 by Line Meldgård Hviid. Line's interest in quilts and patchwork goes back to when she was expecting her first child. At that time in 2007 she made her very first quilt. A blanket for her baby. The first collection was a wall hanging quilt collection. Several different products now follow - such as placemats, plaids and tea towels.
Jou Quilts is a brand with a sustainable mindset, and all quilts are made in India in soft organic cotton. With the hope that the carpets will never be thrown away, but will be used in new ways. In the sofa, above the bed, upcycled into new products and so on.
