Apollo: State-of-the-art Cooking and a Party is an aesthetically beautiful coffee table book published by Apartamento. It is Frederik Bille Brahe's cookbook dedicated to Apollo, his restaurant at Kunsthal Charlottenborg in Copenhagen. The book holds 104 recipes created together with head chef Yuta Kurahashi, where Danish cooking meets Japanese, French and Italian traditions. A colourful and inspiring cookbook for cooking, dinners and good moments around the table.

Frederik Bille Brahe is also behind Atelier September and Sofi in Berlin and is known for his approach to food, design and gastronomy. The book gives an insight into both Apollo's kitchen and the particular atmosphere around the restaurant. It is edited by Jeni Porter and features photographs by Nikolaj Møller.
