We ship worldwide.

Delivery times

Denmark: 1–3 business days
Sweden & Germany: 2–5 business days
Rest of Europe: 2–5 business days
Rest of the world: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales, peak seasons, or due to supplier delays. Deliveries to non-bridge-connected islands may take extra time. You will receive a track & trace number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Parcel shop: 49 DKK – free on orders over 699 DKK

  • Private address: 80 DKK

  • Business address: 80 DKK

Sweden (GLS)

  • Parcel shop / Private / Business: 130 DKK

Germany (GLS)

  • Parcel shop / Business: 125 DKK

  • Private address: 145 DKK

Other countries
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. If your country does not appear as a shipping option, please contact us at info@studiohafnia.dk, and we will find a solution and provide a shipping quote.

Carriers

We typically ship with GLS in Denmark and GLS or FedEx internationally, depending on the destination.

Uncollected or Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery of a package or fail to collect it from a parcel shop in Denmark, you will be charged a fee of 49 DKK to cover the costs we are invoiced by GLS.

If the package needs to be resent, you will cover the additional shipping cost (49 DKK). You can pay for reshipment via this link.

For international shipments, the fee for uncollected or refused packages may be higher, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note that refusing delivery or failing to collect your package does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal. To use your right of withdrawal, you must follow our return procedure as described in our section on returns.

Customs & Import Duties

Please note that if you order from a country outside the EU, your package may be held at customs and subject to local taxes and duties, which we cannot be held responsible for.

Such customs procedures may significantly delay delivery. If you learn that your package has been held, you should contact the carrier as quickly as possible.
