This page is for you if you want to use your statutory right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from the moment you have placed your order and until 14 days after you have received the item.

Fill in the form with your name, order number and email. When you press "Confirm withdrawal", you will receive a receipt by email.

If the parcel has already been shipped, return it no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You pay the return shipping yourself, and we refund you once the item is back with us.
