Brown and white striped mug from Japan in a round, organic shape. The stripes are painted by hand in broad, dark brown brushstrokes, and the rim undulates slightly, so the handmade expression comes clearly through. The mug is white inside and has no handle.
The size suits tea, coffee or a cup of cocoa, and the low, wide shape makes it comfortable to hold with both hands.
As the cups are hand-painted, they are all unique, and minor variations in colour and pattern may therefore occur.
