Gloria is a light and poetic Christmas garland with hand-cut angels in offwhite paper. Each angel holds a small gold star, and the figures are strung on a fine gold thread, so the garland catches the light and takes on an almost floating quality.
The garland measures 115 cm and each angel is 10 cm tall. Hang it in the window, along a shelf, above a doorway or on the outer branches of the Christmas tree, where the light paper angels are free to move. When Christmas is over, roll it up loosely and lay it flat in a box so the angels do not get creased.
Gloria is made by hand in Nepal and is fair trade. Because every angel is cut and assembled manually, no two garlands are exactly alike, and small variations in paper and shape are part of the look.
