Handmade ripple cup from Atelier Marée in white porcelain. Crafted in Aarhus, the cup carries a calm and organic expression inspired by the natural patterns of the coastline.
The name “ripple” refers to the wave-like textures formed in the sand when the tide recedes and reveals the seabed. This movement is reflected in the surface of the cup, where soft lines create a tactile and dynamic expression.
Slightly larger than the tidal cup, it holds approx. 270 ml, making it ideal for both coffee and tea. The shape is well-balanced and fits naturally into a cup rack or on an open shelf.
Handmade in white porcelain clay in Aarhus, each cup is individually shaped, resulting in subtle variations in form and surface that make every piece unique.
