Unique tidal cup from Atelier Marée in pink porcelain. Marée is French for “tide”, reflecting both the dynamic collaboration between the creators and the landscape of the Wadden Sea, where they grew up and continue to find calm and inspiration.
The cup is inspired by French vintage and the beautiful traces left by the tide as the water recedes. The soft pink (rose) tone adds a warm and poetic expression, highlighting the organic shape of the piece.
The tidal cup is also available in a classic white version.
Atelier Marée was created from a desire to work with timeless design – handcrafted ceramics made in Aarhus as a counterpoint to a fast-moving industry where products quickly disappear.
