Have you received a Christmas gift from Studio Hafnia and would like to exchange or return it? Below you’ll find a clear overview of our Christmas gift return policy.
Which Christmas gifts are covered?
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we offer an extended return period for Christmas gifts purchased between 10 November and 23 December 2025, provided the item was purchased as a Christmas gift.
The extended return period does not apply to:
- Vintage items
- Sale items
- Products purchased as part of our Black Friday offers
Items not covered by the above are subject to the standard 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with Danish law.

Deadline for returning Christmas gifts
Christmas gifts can be exchanged or returned until 5 January 2026, provided that the item is returned and received at our warehouse no later than this date.
Unfortunately, returns received after 5 January 2026 cannot be accepted.
Condition of the item upon return
In order for us to accept a return, the item must:
- Be unused and show no signs of wear
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Have all tags and labels intact
Please note that the packaging is considered part of the product and is essential for us to resell it as new. If the above requirements are not met, we may unfortunately be unable to accept the return in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Exchange, gift card or refund
Exchange to a gift card or another product
If you would like to exchange your item for a gift card (with a 10% bonus) or for another product, you can use our exchange portal.
When exchanging, shipping of the new product is free of charge.
Refund
If you would like a refund, the exchange portal cannot be used.
For refunds, you may choose the shipping carrier you prefer, as long as the parcel is sent correctly and directly to our return address. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and will always be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
If you would like us to provide a return label, please contact us at info@studiohafnia.dk. When using our return label, 60 DKK will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Shipping, responsibility and lost return parcels
The item must be packed securely and returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for the item until it has been safely received at our warehouse.
We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during return shipping, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We therefore recommend sending your return parcel with tracking and keeping the receipt as documentation.
Important information about returns
Studio Hafnia is an online-only store and does not have a physical shop or warehouse where items can be handed in or exchanged in person. All returns and exchanges must therefore be made by shipping, in accordance with the above.
