The form of the Ottocento pitcher is inspired by the iconic Italian Deruta silhouette “Amphora” – a classic shape rooted in centuries of ceramic tradition. The deep chocolate brown glaze is hand-decorated with cream splatters, giving each piece its own lively and unique expression.
The pitcher is handmade in Deruta, Italy, an area renowned for its rich ceramic heritage. The elegant, rounded form with pouring spout and decorative handle gives the piece a timeless and sculptural presence – beautiful both for serving water, wine or juice and as a decorative object on the table.
It also works beautifully as a vase for flowers or simple branches, adding warmth, depth and character to any room.
