Verk Sofa V.VP.02 is crafted from solid Swedish oak. The design is both architectural and light, where construction and comfort meet in a calm, Nordic expression.

What makes this sofa distinctive are its seat cushions, which are strung over a robust glulam construction, creating the impression that they are almost floating above the exterior frame. The absence of a visible supporting structure at the ends and back gives the sofa an airy and spontaneous expression.

The seat and back cushions are available in either ecologically tanned Swedish leather or traceable, ecological split leather in a natural colour. The cushions are filled with Swedish texel wool, ensuring comfortable seating, natural breathability, and long-lasting quality.

V.VP.02 can be chosen untreated for a natural and raw look or finished with natural linseed oil, which creates a warm surface that develops a beautiful patina over time.

Design

The sofa is designed with a focus on honest construction and visual lightness. The visible glulam structure combined with the “floating” cushions gives a sculptural and modern expression that works equally well in private homes and representative spaces.
