Striped cushion covers in cotton

Handwoven striped cushion covers in clear colour combinations — pink and blue, mustard and lilac, beige and rust, mint green and brown. The stripes are woven in, not printed on, so the colour runs right through the fabric and survives washing.

Afroart, World of Craft and Studio Hafnia

Most of the covers are from Swedish Afroart, who have worked with artisans in India and South America for decades — among them the Juana and Emanuela series. Alongside these are covers from World of Craft and our own Studio Hafnia stripes.

Sizes

We carry the covers in 50x50 cm for the sofa, 50x70 cm for the bed and 30x50 cm as a small lumbar cushion. The covers are sold without filling, so you can use the inserts you already have.

How to combine them

Striped covers take well to being mixed. Pair two narrow stripes with one wide, or keep the colours at the same temperature — warm mustard, rust and brown together, cool blues and greens together. A single cushion in a contrasting colour lifts the whole sofa.
