Alison Hexagon silk box from Danish Sissel Edelbo is a beautiful addition to your home. The Pedari box is an ancient craft interpreted and loved by many. The box is made of the softest silk. Use your box for jewellery, hair accessories, as bathroom storage, for small cards or on the bedside table/shelf to store your most loved possessions.
The box is made of wood and has cotton padding on the lid and at the bottom inside. The entire box - both outside and inside - is covered in a unique vintage silk sari. The saree inside and the saree outside are different but match each other to complement each other.

Material | The box is made of a beautiful recycled crepe silk sari, handpicked by Sissel Edelbo. The saree has been worn by an Indian woman, which means that minor flaws such as small stains and loose threads may occur. However, we see these flaws as unique beauty flaws. They reflect the life and love the previous owner has added to the fabric. We hope you will love the story of the material as much as we do.
