Sustainable and beautiful Christmas ornament shaped like a Christmas heart and made from upcycled Kantha carpets from Danish Sissel Edelbo. The heart is decorated by hand with sequins in various bright colors and sizes. The ornament can be used as a decoration on the Christmas tree, on some branches in a vase or on the Christmas table.

Material | The kantha used for this ornament are kantha cuttings left over from the production of the recycled kantha carpet garments in Sissel Edelbo's collections. The Kantha embroidery technique creatively upgrades old cotton sarees previously worn by Indian women and gives them new life as upcycled garments. As part of Sissel Edelbo's values, we cherish the idea of upcycling and using existing residual materials. In this way, the production of new materials is minimized
