Switched off, the globe reads graphic and striped; lit, the lines soften and the lamp casts a warm, milky glow across the room. The globe rests on a polished brass base.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe lamp takes a small E14 fitting and has just been rewired with a new white cord with switch and EU plug, so it is ready to plug in. A bulb of max. 40 W is plenty – ideally a clear or frosted globe bulb that lets the lines come forward. Wipe the glass with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
